Meet Andy

Andrew Miner is a licensed attorney with broad experience in financial security and estate planning. After a start in civil litigation representing injured workers and their families in 1997, Andy entered the corporate world for the next 16 years with a large financial services company where he held a variety of planning and executive positions in the San Francisco Bay Area. Having worked with hundreds of clients and families on their financial security planning, retirement income, taxation, charitable intent and legacy wishes, Andy has helped a wide variety of individuals, families, and businesses coordinate their financial futures.

Personal Inspiration

Personal experience with close family members who did not have a comprehensive estate plan prior to a health crisis made clear to Andy the urgent nature of helping his community avoid this pitfall and establish security for the future.

One recurring obstacle for many families was ready access to legal counsel to implement a key element: the Estate Plan. Either clients did not know of a competent attorney, or were intimidated by the expected cost and administrative process.

To that end, Andy has established a law practice dedicated to helping his clients create and maintain comprehensive estate plans. We strive to deliver an efficient process to help our clients establish a customized estate plan, securing their financial legacy and keeping it in the family.
