Andrew Miner is a licensed attorney with broad experience in financial security and estate planning since 1997. After a start in general civil litigation representing injured workers and their families, Andy entered the corporate world for the next 16 years with a large financial services company where he held a variety of planning and executive positions with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area. Having worked with literally hundreds of clients and families on their financial security planning, retirement income, taxation, charitable intent and legacy wishes, Andy has helped a wide variety of individuals, families and businesses coordinate their estate planning.
One recurring obstacle, however, for many families was ready access to legal counsel to implement a key part of their planning: wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and advance health care directives. Either clients did not know of a competent attorney, or were intimidated by the perceived costs and processes related to creating an Estate Plan.
In addition, several personal experiences with close family members who did NOT have a comprehensive plan established prior to a critical health crisis revealed the urgent need to serve this need immediately.
As a result, and with the good fortune of the progression of technology, Andy has established a law practice dedicated and focused on helping his clients create and update a comprehensive estate plan. Time with family and work is precious. We strive to deliver an efficient, high value process to help our clients establish a customized estate plan.
